- My students created FlipGrids in response to a "paired passage". They watched a video and read an article. The assignment was to talk about the similarities and differences between the two materials. Before they got to create the video, they had to create a double t-chart.
- Next year, when I do this assignment, I will create a rubric so they know exactly what is expected of them. They did well responding to what they noticed, but it needed to be a little more rigorous. I will also show them an example video of my own response to a paired passage so they can see the expectations.
